GeeklyHub connects Students and Geeks in order to facilitate collaboration between them. This collaboration may result in provision of digital goods and services such as Lesson Services or editing.
If you as a Student notice that the digital good or service you received does not match your initial requirements, you have a right to request a refund of your payment. To do this, you can do one of the following:
You can request a refund of your payment no later than 60 days after your request was processed. When you request a refund, please include the full description of the problem with your request and don’t forget to include the number of your request into your message.
We will respond to your refund request ASAP. We might require up to 5-7 business days to fully investigate and review your case and offer solutions that would best match your interests. We can either find you a different service provider and complete your request again without additional charges or completely refund your request to your initial payment method or to your account balance on the website.
- If we agree to find a different service provider, we need up to 24 hours to find a replacement;
- If we agree to refund your payment to your account balance, the money will arrive at once. You can use your account balance to pay for our services in the future;
- If we agree to refund the money to your card or another payment method that you used, it might take 3-5 business days for the money to arrive. We cannot influence this since the time depends on the policies of your bank and payment processor.
If you as a Geek notice that we failed to provide you with a featured spot on the student’s profile or in another way failed to provide you with a paid service, we will refund your payment only in case it was a technical failure on our side. We will send the money back to your initial payment method.
